Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony

As the longest night of the year (Winter Solstice) approaches, join us for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to honor the turning of the seasons. This sacred event is an invitation to pause, reflect and release what no longer serves you creating space for renewal as we step into the light of a new cycle.

With over 10 years of experience holding cacao ceremonies, Millie will guide you through a journey that begins with ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart and deepen connection.
​
Following this, we will move into a guided drum meditation, allowing the rhythmic pulse of the drum to carry you inward, supporting deep relaxation, grounding, and the shedding of old layers as we embrace the stillness of winter.
